How It All Started

3rd Party Solutions & Logistics was founded on a simple observation: U.S. food exporters were struggling to meet the complex labeling and date-formatting requirements of international markets — especially the Middle East, where Arabic ingredient labels and specific production and expiry date formats are mandatory on every retail item.

We recognized this gap and built a solution from the ground up, right here in the San Francisco Bay Area. Starting with country-specific product compliance services, we developed the expertise, equipment, and processes to help U.S. food brands ship confidently to markets around the world.

Growing With Our Customers

What began as a labeling and compliance specialist quickly evolved into a full-service 3PL. As our customers' needs grew, so did our capabilities. We added export consolidation, warehousing, cold and dry storage, customs brokerage, and both domestic and international freight forwarding — all under one roof at our Hayward, CA facility, minutes from the Port of Oakland, SFO, and OAK airports.

Today our services reach food exporters shipping to virtually every corner of the globe — from Australia and Tahiti to Japan, Africa to Norway, and Russia to the Middle East.
